Packaging Method

Purpose

Maintain the product’s quality and prevent internal and external damage to the finished product during storage and handling. Applicable to all of the Company's products as well as the packaging of outsourced manufactured products. In principle, when the product is being manufactured we will reach an agreement with the customer on the packaging style, such as (price, weight, features, etc.) and consider the related conditions.

Types of packaging

Refers to the use of wooden packaging, the inner layer uses waterproof PP tape and the outer layer is the wooden box. A smoked wooden box that meets IPPC de-worming treatment can be ordered with additional charge.

2.PP waterproof belt Refers to the use of wire strapping, outer layer wrapped with PP waterproof belt.

3.Sling Tie the sling on both ends of the goods to remove the goods within.

Use plastic rope to tie both sides of the scale, add PE film.

5.Processing cut material
Use metal buckets or rice bags, or plastic boxes provided by guests, then ship out after arrangement.
